American Airlines 757 Jet Aborts Takeoff Due to Flight Attendant Injury at O’Hare

An American Airlines 757 jet aborted its takeoff at Chicago O’Hare Airport on Tuesday due to a flight attendant injury according to the FAA.

American Flight 54, headed for Manchester (UK), was accelerating on the runway when the takeoff was rejected.

The FAA gave no other details regarding the attendant’s injury or his/her condition.
