United Flight Diverts to Phoenix Due to Odor on Board

A United Airlines jet en route to Los Angeles (LAX) from Houston (IAH) diverted to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport on Wednesday when a strange odor was detected on board.
‘Officials with the Federal Aviation Administration and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport say the Boeing 757 landed without incident at about 2:45 p.m. Wednesday.
FAA and Sky Harbor officials didn’t know how many people were about United Flight 468.’
There were no injuries. The plane is being inspected as to the cause.
